How do I add my debts?

Simply tell the AI in natural conversation! For example, say "I have a Chase credit card with $5,000 at 18% interest." The AI will extract the information, show you a confirmation card to verify or edit, and then save it.

How do I log payments?

Just tell the AI in conversation! Say something like "I paid Chase $500 today" and the AI will extract the payment details, confirm with you, and automatically update your debt balances and regenerate your payoff plan.

What happens if I reach my message limit?

If you reach your monthly message limit, you can either wait until your next billing cycle (when limits reset) or purchase an Extra Pack for additional messages. BYOK plan users have unlimited messages.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Is my financial information secure?

Absolutely. Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties. Since we don't connect to bank accounts, you have complete control over what information you share.

What is BYOK mode?

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) mode allows you to use your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) instead of ours. For just $9/month, you get unlimited messages and full control over which AI model you use. You pay your own API costs directly to the provider.
